I Am My Siztah's Keeper provides a loving, safe and accepting environment for women, specifically women with children, who are HIV+ or have AIDS. It is a place that enables women to put the primary focus on taking care of themselves, be that addressing the issues of employment, homelessness, substance abuse or domestic violence.

It is the mission of I Am My Siztahs Keeper (IAMSK) to provide a safe place for women, especially mothers, that are infected with HIV or AIDS.
We want to unite and encourage women, while debunking the long-held myth that upon contracting HIV, a woman has been given an automatic death sentence.
It is our goal to encourage women not to allow the stigma of having HIV/AIDS be a stumbling block, but a stepping stone.
We want to assure women, especially mothers, that it is not neccessary to sacrifce motherhood in the quest of obtaining their goals.
We will strengthen women so that they can deal with the many issues they may be facing, such as homelessness, substance abuse and domestic violence.
We want to acknowledge individuals and companies who have made it their business to reach out through education and services to empower and support women in their battle against contracting and/or spreading the HIV virus.
We will strengthen women who are living with HIV/AIDS by encouraging, guiding, uplifting and building their self-esteem, enabling them to have a voice of their own in their respective communities.
